1. Scope of Services
Lynx Tech Services delivers custom web engineering, UI/UX design, CMS development, and digital marketing as delineated in your chosen package or written proposal. Any work exceeding stated scopes will be quoted separately.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Supplying required branding assets, text content, and product data in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and providing approval on milestone deliverables within scheduled review windows.
- Ensuring full copyright ownership or valid licensing for all client-provided materials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon settlement of full invoice balances, full ownership and licensing rights of the final custom codebase and designs transfer to the client. Lynx Tech Services retains the customary right to display non-confidential project screenshots within our portfolio.
4. Invoicing & Renewals
Plan pricing, payment terms, and yearly hosting/domain renewal rates are explicitly stated at checkout. Annual maintenance fees ensure continuity of domain registrations, secure SSL certificates, and managed updates.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lynx Tech Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses resulting from third-party server downtime, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized client-side codebase tampering.
